Karl to Present “The Last Year in Privacy and Security Litigation” at Data Security Conference

Partner Karl Kronenberger will present at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) 16th Annual Privacy and Data Security Law Conference in San Francisco on May 19. Mr. Kronenberger’s panel, “The Last Year in Privacy and Security Litigation; Government Access to Private Sector Data” will discuss the prior year’s highlights from key state and federal consumer privacy and data breach litigation, as well as the outlook for these cases.
