Karl Kronenberger Presents on the Copyrightability Under the Copyright Act at ILLS

Partner Karl Kronenberger will present on the applicability of the Copyright Act to a variety of data that may have questionable copyrightability at the 2016 Internet Law Leadership Summit (ILLS) in Las Vegas, Nevada from May 12 – 13. His presentation will cover how the Copyright Act applies to crowdsourced, mapping, and message board data, recipes, yoga sequences, cascading style sheets, and other forms of data around which Internet and technology companies often build their business models.

Mr. Kronenberger co-founded the ILLS, which is comprised of attorneys who practice in the areas of Internet law, technology, and new media. Along with other attorneys from the firm, he has been heavily involved in presenting at and organizing the summit since its inception.
