Partner Karl Kronenberger presented at the Intellectual Property and Internet Law Section of the Barristers Club event, “Online Advertising: Current Trends & Common Pitfalls,” on July 9, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. Speakers of the panel addressed the biggest legal issues in online advertising and how to assess and avoid risk. Other panelists included: Moderator Eric Gelwicks, Manager, Business Affairs and Associate Counsel at Live Nation Merchandise; Jacob Snow, Staff Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission; and David Greene, Senior Staff Attorney & Civil Liberties Director at Electronic Frontier Foundation.
The Barristers Club consists of members of the Bar Association of San Francisco who are either in their first ten years of practice or currently in law school. The club hosts CLE-accredited seminars and networking events to promote fellowship among new legal professionals.
