Karl Kronenberger and Liana Chen Present and Moderate at Internet Law Leadership Summit

Partner Karl Kronenberger will present multiple sessions at the Internet Law Leadership Summit (ILLS), held December 8 – 9 in Miami, Florida. Mr. Kronenberger will discuss the anatomy of an FTC final order, including negotiating strategies and common FTC requests. He will also moderate multiple “Speed Sessions,” or collections of brief updates on a variety of topics.

Additionally, Associate Liana Chen will present on the topic of FTC endorsements.

Mr. Kronenberger co-founded the ILLS, which is comprised of attorneys who practice in the areas of Internet law, technology, and new media. Along with other attorneys from the firm, he has been heavily involved in presenting at and organizing the summit since its inception.
