Ruben thrives on litigating complicated internet-related legal matters.
Ruben received his J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law with a High-Tech Certificate: corporate specialization with honors. During law school, Ruben served as a Research Editor and sat on the Board of Editors for the Santa Clara Law Review. He also served as the Senior Managing Editor for The Advocate, Santa Clara University School of Law’s newspaper.
Ruben’s role is primarily within the firm’s litigation practice. His interests include litigating cases relating to internet law, media, and technology that resolve the ever-changing nature of internet-based legal issues.
In my everyday practice I strive to zealously litigate all my cases that involve internet law legal issues.
Prior to joining Kronenberger Rosenfeld, Ruben gained experience through legal internships at a major technology company, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, the Office of the City Attorney for San José, and the Office of the City Attorney for San Diego.
Ruben is licensed to practice in California. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys staying active by snowboarding, rock climbing, and running. In addition to staying active, he spends his time cooking new recipes, exploring new breweries, and avidly cheering on the San Diego Padres, Washington Redskins, and Los Angeles Kings.
